Nghiên cứu này nhằm thúc đẩy phân loại xanh tại Việt Nam thông qua việc phân tích các chính sách về phân loại xanh và phát triển bền vững của một số quốc gia và khu vực trên thế giới. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra các thông lệ tốt nhất trên thế giới cũng như khoảng cách trong hệ thống tài chính xanh hiện nay của Việt Nam. Những phát hiện này đóng vai trò là nền tảng cho các khuyến nghị chiến lược nhằm phát triển phân loại xanh phù hợp với các mục tiêu phát triển bền vững của Việt Nam
