Hiệu quả cải tiến xanh và chuyển đổi số của các công ty logistics tại khu vực Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá sự ảnh hưởng của áp lực của các bên liên quan, năng lực xanh, đổi mới xanh và chuyển đổi kỹ thuật số đến hiệu quả hoạt động của các doanh nghiệp logistics. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng phương pháp định lượng, thu thập dữ liệu thông qua cuộc khảo sát với 131 quản lý của các công ty logistics tại khu vực Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng phần mềm SmartPLS 4.0. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng áp lực của các bên liên quan, năng lực xanh, cải tiến xanh và chuyển đổi số có tác động tích cực và đáng kể đến hiệu quả hoạt động. Kết quả này nhấn mạnh việc tích hợp tính bền vững môi trường với số hóa sẽ tạo động lực chính, tăng lợi thế cạnh tranh cho các công ty logistics
